Since established the Korea first automated perfectly manufacturing solder products factory in 1978, Samhwa has persistently developed and produced an extensive range of zinc, tin, aluminum and alloy of non-ferrous metals such as micro BGA solder spheres for semi-conductors, cathodic zinc for ships with capacities of tens of thousands of tons. For over 30 years, Samhwa has attained a good reputation for products quality and customer service.
